You have been prompt and completed all tasked we have needed and in only the two months that we have been lucky to have New Foundations as our managers. Your repair man Richard is amazing and knows his stuff for sure, and the work areas he was in were left clean and working great. We have never had such a quick response from the time we needed your help. You guys are a great example of how it should be done. 1. Although we are aware of the end of our agreement, would you be willing to manage the property until the house is sold? We anticipate this to be processed at least for few months. To be quite frank with you, I am very confident and surprised how well you are managing the property. I have actually recommended you to other friends of mine in the area. I consider your company to be one of the tops in the region based on your works shown in the past and connections with other businesses.
2. Would the current tenant be willing to stay month-to-month base? We will notify at least a month in prior so the tenant can have sufficient time to plan and prepare.
3. What are the estimate cost to replace the back deck and remove the hot tub?
